My essay "What Murder Hornets Teach Us About Writing" will be published by Black Fox Literary Magazine on June 15. I have learned a lot about writing from insects--"to dance with my lyricism, grab your attention like a peacock spider flashing his abdomen with its abstract design and iridescent colors to court his female."
